Dr. Patrick Beyer

Dr. Patrick Beyer studied chemistry at the University of Mainz, Germany, where he obtained his PhD in 2007 in polymer chemistry with a thesis on "Liquid Crystalline Elastomers". In 2007 he joined the Dow Silicones Deutschland GmbH in Wiesbaden/Germany, where he is working as an Research Scientist in the field of Liquid Silicone Rubber. In this role he is leading research and development of new LSR and Fluoro LSR technologies, as well as supporting commercialization of these products into various markets and applications.
