It is based on an aqueous polymer/ pigment mixture and is free of PEG, emulsifiers and preservatives. The pigment is finely distributed in the dispersing agent, and after application of the end product, it brings about a color-intensive, uniform coating. Used in decorative cosmetics such as liquid eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow and water-based nail varnishes.
