Polyurethane-34 (30-35%). It acts as a film former. It is easy to use and is especially suitable for cold processes. Offers excellent high humidity curl retention, outstanding hold, strong elastic memory, non-tacky feel and good tactility. It is supplied as a low viscosity liquid emulsion which contains approximately 32% total polymer solids. The product also shows good compatibility with a broad range of cosmetic ingredients. It is mainly used in personal care product such as hair gel and elasticity strengthener, especially for a low VOC products.
