Dimethicone (and) Dimethiconol. BELSIL® DM 3096 by Wacker acts as a conditioning agent. It is a blend of low-viscosity dimethicones and an extremely high-viscosity, high molecular dimethiconol. It creates a water resistant, but breathable non-occlusive protection barrier in skin care formulations.
