Polyquaternium-24 (and) Hyaluronic Acid. Biopolymer HA-24 Bio by Vantage is a moisturizer and film former. It offers softening, anti-aging and smoothing benefits. It is highly substantive to skin and hair. It provides lubricating properties. It is an association complex of polyquaternium-24 and hyaluronic acid (fermentation process). It combines the moisturization properties of hyaluronic acid with the substantivity of a lauryl-substituted quaternized hydroxyethylcellulose, creating a substantive hyaluronic acid that can be utilized in a myriad of skin care applications. Biopolymer HA-24 Bio is suitable for skin-, & sun care, color cosmetics, and bath & shower products. It is used in both leave-on and rinse-off products.
