Polyquaternium-24 (and) Hyaluronic Acid. Biopolymer HA-24 by Vantage is a moisturizer and film former. It offers softening, anti-aging and smoothing benefits. It is highly substantive to skin and hair. This ingredient is an association complex of polyquaternium-24 and hyaluronic acid (animal derived). It combines the moisturization properties of hyaluronic acid with the substantivity of a lauryl-substituted quaternized hydroxyethylcellulose, creating a substantive hyaluronic acid that can be utilized in a myriad of skin care applications. Biopolymer HA-24 is used in skin-, hair-, & sun care, color cosmetics, hair color and bath & shower products.
