Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine. Smartsurfa® HLC(98%) by Uniproma Chemical acts as a water-in-oil emulsifier, skin feel modifier, humectant and moisturizing agent. It has light color, low characteristic odor, high purity and provides excellent emulsification performance and good chemical stability.
