Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (and) Dimethyl Isosorbide (and) Tocopheryl Acetate (and) 1,2-hexanediol. PromaCare® HPR(10%) by Uniproma Chemical acts as regenerating agent. It is a vitamin A derivative that rejuvenates the skin by slowing collagen breakdown and promoting cell regeneration.
