Butylene Glycol. PromaCare® 1,3-BG (Bio-Based) by Uniproma Chemical is a 100% natural moisturizing agent. It is used as a solvent for glycerin in water-based systems enhancing formulation flexibility. It offers light skin feeling, good spreadability and no skin irritation.
- It can be used in leave-on and rinse-off formulations and can stabilize volatile compounds such as fragrances and flavors.
- Recommended for skin care, makeup and hair care products.
