Tagranat™ Rutin microcapsules shell is made of a single layer polymer which ensures protection from light, temperature, pH and other oxidizing agents in cosmetic formulations. Rutin is a plant pigment (Flavonoid), natural phenolic compounds found in the invasive plant species. Rutin also works in the skin to reduce inflammation and help strengthen capillaries, reducing blood pooling in the delicate skin under the eye area, hence reducing dark circles and puffiness.
