PEG-2 Oleamine. Rhodameen® O2 V LD by Syensqo is a vegetal based cationic surfactant and thickener. It acts as a foaming agent. Exists in the sustainable Palm Oil grade as well (RSPO MB). It offers color protection, maintenance and broad pH stability. Rhodameen® O2 V LD is recommended for hair color applications.
