Polyperfluoroethoxymethoxy Difluoromethyl Distearamide. Fomblin® HC/SA-18 by Syensqo is a protecting, conditioning, thickening and superfatting agent. Acts as an emulsifier, sensory- and surface modifier. It protects against water soluble irritants reduces stickiness, imparts water and oil repellency to substrates. It is effective for effective for W/O, G/O, F/O and other anhydrous emulsions, use in intermediate compositions for producing multiple and complex emulsions. Used as an alternative to natural and synthetic traditional waxes. Fomblin® HC/SA-18 is suitable for use in various conventional, innovative compositions, including fluid, viscous O/W emulsions, multiple and complex emulsions. Other applications include lipsticks, soaps, syndet bars and liquid cleansers.
