Sodium Laureth Sulfate. STEOL® CS-230 PCK by Stepan Company is an anionic surfactant, foam booster providing good foaming and viscosity response. It is a low active, 2-mole sodium laureth sulfate preserved with CIT/MIT. It is derived from fatty alcohols, ethoxylated to an average of two moles, and sulfated via Stepan's continuous SO3 process.
  • It is compatible with commonly used opacifying and pearlizing agents.
  • It is bio-based, biodegradable and naturally derived.
  • Provides flexibility, improved mildness and low irritation properties.
  • It can be easily formulated for mild cleansing products, shampoo, body wash, baby-, bath product and hand soap applications.
  • STEOL® CS-230 PCK is kosher certified.
