Quaternized Panthenol (Cationic Panthenol)

Panthenyl Hydroxypropyl Steardimonium Chloride. On the foundation of the function originally possessed by panthenol, yet adding with anti-static electricity capacity, so as to improve apparently the wet and dry combability. It does not defoam as used in shampoo formulation, it can improve the viscosity of shampoo. It is compatible with various kinds of surfactants without any formation of turbidity and precipitation.
