Phytosphingosine. DS-PHYTOSPHINGOSINE by Solus Advanced Materials acts as an anti-inflammatory-, moisturizing-, skin regenerating- and soothing agent. It is a lipid nutrition for ceramide synthesis, derived from yeast fermentation. It stimulates differentiation of human epidermal keratinocytes and inhibits TPA-induced epidermal hyperplasia. It alleviates skin irritation and inflammation. It restores damaged or aged skin barrier and strengthens the skin structure. It controls acne and atopic dermatitis. DS-PHYTOSPHINGOSINE is used to formulate deodorants and other cosmetic products. It is compliant with Ecocert and has a shelf life of 2 years.
