Behenamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate. Everquat™ 22P by Sino Lion is naturally derived phospholipid composed predominantly of diester and triester phosphatides with multiple chain groups. With the ampholytic character, it is compatible with all other types of ingredients including anionic surfactants. It has unique gentle cleansing and forming properties, as well as anti-irritation effects when combined with anionic surfactants. Everquat™ 22P is used in conditioning shampoo, after-dry repairing/protective coloration shampoo, moisturizing cream/lotion, skin care lotion, hair color cream and products.
