Potassium Cetyl Phosphate. EverMAP™ 160K by Sino Lion acts as a co-emulsifier with low HLB non-ionics, and is completely non-irritating to skin. It is a water soluble long chain organic phosphate ester. It is easily dissolved into the hot water during emulsion processing.
