PEG-17 Dimethicone. Silsurf® I117 by Siltech is a 100% active water-soluble silicone polyether wax. It provides cushion and lubricity in personal care applications. It can be used to improve the spreadability of lipstick and skin care products. It is recommended for lotions, gels, creams and balms. The shelf life of Silsurf® I117 is 36 months when stored between 10 and 40°C in the original unopened container.
