Silquat® J2-8B-PG

Distearmonium/Diethonium Chloride PG Dimethicone. Silquat® J2-8B-PG by Siltech is a PEG-free, multi-functional cationic oil-in-water emulsifier. It can be used as a conditioning agent in combination with a non-ionic organic or a silicone emulsifier. It provides extraordinary wet- & dry combing, unique lubricity, anti-static properties and smoothness to the hair fibers. In skin care products, it offers skin a smooth powdery after-feel, extraordinary softness and substantivity. It allows high active loading without sacrificing efficacy. It imparts sensory properties such as rich non-greasy, luxurious and velvety skin feel. It also provides better coverage with good spreadability and long-lasting moisturizing effect. Silquat® J2-8B-PG enables high lipophilic, SPF and concentrated pigmented products for skin- & sun care and make-up. The shelf life of this ingredient is 36 months.
