Silquat® J2-8B

Distearmonium/Diethonium Chloride PG Dimethicone. Silquat® J2-8B by Siltech is a PEG-free, cationic, multi-functional, oil-in-water emulsifier. It can be used as a conditioning agent in combination with a non-ionic organic or silicone emulsifier. It provides extraordinary wet & dry combing, unique lubricity, antistatic properties and smoothness to the hair fibers. It offers a smooth powdery after-feel, softness and substantivity to skin care products. It allows high active loading without sacrificing efficacy. It imparts sensory properties such as rich non-greasy, luxurious and velvety skin feel. It also provides better coverage with good spreadability and long-lasting moisturizing effect. Silquat® J2-8B enables high lipophilic, SPF and concentrated pigmented products for sun care and make-up. It has shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
