Distearmonium/Diethonium Chloride PG Dimethicone. Silquat® J2-2B-PG by Siltech is a PEG-free, novel silicone conditioner and cationic emulsifier for oil-in-water & ethanol emulsions. It provides wet & dry combing, unique lubricity, antistatic properties and smoothness to the hair fibers. It offers powdery after-feel, softness and substantivity to skin care products. It imparts sensory properties such as rich, non-greasy, luxurious and velvety skin feel. Silquat® J2-2B-PG enables high lipophilic, SPF and concentrated pigmented products with good spreadability. It also offers improved long-lasting moisturizing effects. It is also a very good skin feel modifier. This grade is suitable for use in sun care and make-up products. Its shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
