Aqua (and) Dimethicone PG-Diethylmonium Chloride (and) Cetrimonium Chloride (and) 1,3-Propanediol. Silquat® 4016 by Siltech is an excellent hair conditioner for both clear and opaque 2 in 1 shampoo. It has minimal effect on the viscosity of shampoo. It is a solution of a synergistic blend of high molecular weight water-soluble silicone quaternary ammonium compound and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride. It provides excellent conditioning to hair, improved dry & wet combing, outstanding smoothness, enhanced shine, gloss, good foaming and a non-greasy or sticky feel. It has non-irritating property, thus it can be used in baby shampoos. It is cost-effective and highly substantive to hair. It reduces flyaway and offers very good manageability & softening characteristics. It is applicable in hair products such as hair gel, conditioners and shampoos. Silquat® 4016 can be stored for 36 months. It is listed in TSCA, DSL and CSNN inventories.
