Hydroxyethyl Acrylate / Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer (and) Isohexadecane (and) Polysorbate 60. SIMULGEL™ FL by Seppic is a thickening, stablizing and texturizing agent. It has excellent oil stabilizing power even at low viscosity and good resistance to electrolytes. It gives smooth, shiny, soft texture and skin feel. SIMULGEL™ FL is used in self-tanning, skin care, make-up, hair care, face and body creams. It is approved in China (listed in IECIC 2015).
