Calcium Sodium Borosilicate. COVABEAD® CRYSTAL by Sensient Cosmetic Technologies is a unique solution for 360° skin protection against light damage. It is chemically inert spherical beads with outstanding light reflection properties. Its soft, ultra fine particles have a high protecting effect against blue light (High Energy Visible Light) while at the same time boosting the SPF provided by mineral and organic filters. It has low water and oil absorption for better dispersibility as well as no impact on formulation viscosity. It provides soft and creamy skin feel, blurring effect to decrease fine lines, for a camera-ready look. COVABEAD® CRYSTAL is suggested for use in eye, face, hair color, lip, makeup, skincare and suncare formulations.
