It is non-ionic vitamin C derivative produced by binding vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to glycerin. It improves sensitive skin and activates ceramide synthesis. It offers inhibitory effect on melanin production, intracellular antioxidant effect, excellent sensory texture and enhancing effect on collagen production. Moreover, it is preservative-free. Amitose™ 3LGA finds application in formulating skin toners, transparent gel-serums and emulsions such as creams.
