Microcrystalline Wax. Sasolwax 3279 by Sasol acts as an oil binder, melting point regulator and consistency regulating agent. It is a multi-component blend of saturated hydrocarbons, containing elevated content of iso- and cyclo-alkanes. It improves stability and adds structure & hardness to stick products. It provides microcrystalline structure, ductility, smoothness and outstanding oil absorption capacity. Sasolwax 3279 is used in lip balm sticks, creams, lotions and other stick products. Meets European cosmetics regulation (No. 1223/2009) and Colipa: Recommendation No. 14 lip and oral care products.
