Acts as a conditioning and anti-static agent. It is a quaternary ammonium compound containing C18. It is very effective in hair mildness and skin protection. Cationic charge dissipates the static charge and keeps hair becoming flow-away and it gives hair excellent detangling for superior wet comb and skin a powdery softness for smoother feel. Produces bubble when dissolved in water. Exhibits superior dissolving ability with other cationic surfactant. It has no influence on color and transparency of final product. Used in hair conditioner and cream rinse applications etc.
