Water, Fragrance, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Acrylates/C12-22 Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin. It is a unique delivery system for hair care applications that provides extended fragrance intensity, a fragrance burst upon demand when triggered with moisture and noticeable malodor reduction. This is a unique delivery system is made up of a porous hydrophobic core infused with fragrance. This porous core resides inside of a polymeric outer shell. The outer shell acts as a barrier through which the fragrance diffuses out in a controlled manner. This unique double encapsulation delivery system enables the encapsulation to occur "in situ" at the site of product application after evaporation of the carrier medium.
