HydroSal® BKC (Benzalkonium Chloride)

Water (and) Polyvinyl Alcohol (and) Benzalkonium Chloride (and) Ethyl Alcohol (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin (and) Acrylate Polymer/C12-22 Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer. HydroSal® BKC (Benzalkonium Chloride) by Salvona Technologies is a delivery system for benzalkonium chloride to provide long lasting antibacterial protection. It is a water-based product and gentle on the skin. HydroSal™ technology is based on sub-micron spheres infused with BKC and surrounded with a hydrophilic, polymeric shell. The polymeric shell is sensitive to moisture and, once in contact with water, will open to release the encapsulated BKC. HydroSal® BKC (Benzalkonium Chloride) is used in anti-acne therapies, deodorants, antiperspirants, eyewashes, nose sprays, hand & face washes and mouthwashes. It has a shelf life of 18 months.
