Ethylhexylgycerin, Undecylenic acid. It is a versatile liquid preservative based on a blend of ethylhexylglycerin and undecylenic acid, an organic fatty acid derived from castor oil. It is a highly effective antimicrobial stabilizer that protects leave on as well as rinse off applications and can be used in preservative-free cosmetics. It also works as an emollient, humectant and skin conditioning agent. It has broad spectrum activity against bacteria yeast & mold and is booster for traditional cosmetic preservatives. It has excellent anti-fungal activity due to the presence of an organic fatty acid derived from castor oil, Undecylenic acid. Recommended for use in hair care: shampoos, conditioners and anti-dandruff products, skin care: creams, lotions, liquid soaps, moisturizers and cold creams, sun products: sunscreen lotions, sprays and creams & wipes: baby wipes and facial wipes.
