Potenza™ Protect

Dimethicone. Potenza™ Protect by Reed Pacific is an alkyl methyl siloxane. It is an easy to formulate microencapsulated ingredient. It provides non-sticky and oil-free skin feel as well as improves spreading, product performance and stability. It reduces incompatibility of skin and maintains rheology and viscosity of the product. It is compatible in water-based and low viscosity formulations. Potenza™ Protect is used in insect repellent applications. Its shelf life is 12 months.
