Pecosil® PAN-418 by Phoenix Chemical reduces combing forces for both wet and dry hair as well as forming a glossy, light reflective film for added shine. The panthenol moiety attached to the dimethicone copolyol phosphate backbone provides not only shine but also will exert its moisturizing and protecting effects to hair. Because of its solubility in water it can be easily incorporated into shampoos, conditioners (rinse-off or leave-on) and hair styling products. Formulated into skin and nail care systems for emolliency and moisturization.
