PEG-100. POLIkol 4500 by PCC Group is an emulsifier and wetting agent. It belongs to a group of polyoxyethylene glycols. It acts as a plasticizer and release agent. It exhibits softening, lubricating and moisturizing properties. It is biodegradable, safe, non-toxic and does not cause skin irritation. It is not hygroscopic. It offers excellent solubility in water. POLIkol 4500 is recommended for face wash preparations, creams/lotion, scrubs, make-up remover preparations, hard & color cosmetics, face treatment and cleansing.
