VA/Crotonates/Vinyl Neodecanoate Copolymer. RESYN™ 28-2930LVOC by Nouryon acts as a film forming agent & hair fixative. This polymer has holding power, humidity resistance, manageability, gloss and adhesion to the hair without flaking. It offers high humidity curl retention. Developed for hydroalcoholic hairspray formulations. RESYN™ 28-2930LVOC provides optimum clarity and superior compatibility with dimethyl ether in high water-containing systems. It can be blended with AMPHOMER polymer series or BALANCE polymer series to customize the desired properties. It is an excellent resin for cost effective formulations. It is suggested for use in hair gel, hair spray and mousse, styling products, etc. Complies with Australia, Canada, China, Europe (EINECS), Japan, Korea and USA (TSCA).
