Neosolue™ -DE

2,4-Diethyl-1,5-Pentanediol Dineopentanoate. Acts as a solvent. It is a low viscosity, light and less oily feel cleansing oil. It has excellent dissolving ability for hardly soluble ultraviolet absorbers and hardly soluble silicones (high molecular weight), etc. Possesses excellent compatibility with other oils and fats and high safety. It improves the ability to remove keratin plugs and hair build-up (the remained excess silicone on hair surface) and also provides light and supple feel for hair. It can remove long-lasting lipsticks, mascara, or silicone-rich foundations rapidly and easily. It also prevents precipitation of hardly soluble silicones. Used in shampoos, conditioners, face wash and other cleansing formulations.
