Hydrogenated Lecithin. NIKKOL LECINOL® S-10M (HYDROGENATED LECITHIN) by NIKKOL GROUP (Nikko Chemicals) is a purified hydrogenated soy lecithin. It is more stable against heat and oxidation than soy lecithin. It is an emulsifier that is expected to have a stimulant relief and moisturizing effect. This product contains 55-65% PC. NIKKOL LECINOL® S-10M (HYDROGENATED LECITHIN) complies with IECIC 2021 certification.
