It is an encapsulated ingredient containing essential oils of rosemary, sage, mint, pumpkin seed oils, chamomile and d-pantheol for controlled and sustained release for maximum utilization. It is rich in phenolic acids, powerful refreshing substances and regulates oilness. It is incompatible with ethanol and anionic polymers. It is suggested for use in BB creams, primers, tonics, sunscreens, emulsions, facial masks, liquid soaps, serums, gels and make-up removers. Nano Oil Control is biodegradable and biocompatible.
