Silicone Quaternium-18 (and) Trideceth-6 (and) Deceth-7 (and) Cocamidopropyl Betaine (and) Dipropylene Glycol. Silsoft™ Silk PMF emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials is a cationic conditioning emulsion that delivers softness to damaged, thick or wavy hair without leaving it heavy, limp or greasy. It is a lightweight conditioning additive that provides easy formulation and dilution stability.
- It is a non-yellowing, microemulsion of a patented quaternized silicone terpolymer.
- Silsoft™ Silk PMF emulsion is paraben- and MIT-free.
- When wet, it helps make hair easy to detangle and comb.
- Suitable for use in leave-on & rinse-off conditioners, serums, pre-treatments for hair dyeing, shine sprays, body washes, liquid hand soaps and bar soaps.
