C9-12 Alkane (and) Dimethiconol. Harmonie™ GB-2301 blend by Momentive Performance Materials is a gum blend of readily biodegradable carrier oil and highly volatile emollient obtained from natural sources with a high molecular weight dimethiconol gum. It is derived from renewable feedstocks. It provides exceptional conditioning and sensory benefits.

• It offers emollience, improved application properties, film forming and longer-lasting performance in color cosmetics.
• Provides frizz reduction, gloss and improved combability in hair serums, oils, and leave-in & rinse off conditioners formulations.
• It shows good compatibility with organic ingredients, silicones, and UV filters.
• It is an ideal alternative to silicone gum blends based on volatile silicones, such as cyclopentasiloxane (D5) or low-viscosity dimethicone.
• It is used in BB & CC creams, concealer, eye shadow, foundation, lip products, primers, body lotions, butters, day & night creams, daily wear SPF, facial masks, serums and oils.
• Harmonie™ GB-2301 blend is also used in sunscreen creams, lotions, oils and sprays, shine sprays, styling products and split-end treatments.
