Octyldodecyl Ricinoleate. Ultracas™ G-20 Guerbet ester by Lubrizol is a humectant, pigment dispersant and emollient. It is a high molecular weight, liquid ester. It provides gloss without adding tackiness. It allows for increased pigment loading and does not develop rancidity or bad taste in lip products. It provides excellent spreading, good lubrication and increased water resistance. Ultracas™ G-20 Guerbet ester is used in lotions, ointments, shower gels, barrier creams, mild cleansers, make-up removers, bath oils, baby products and formulations designed for sensitive skin.
