Isostearamidopropyl Dimethylamine. Schercodine™ I amido-amine by Lubrizol is an oil-in-water cationic emulsifier, cationic surfactant at pH 3.4-4.4 and conditioner. It is liquid tertiary amine and used to replace quaternary cationic surfactants in rinse-off conditioners. It lowers hair dry friction and provides excellent lubrication, wet combing and wet sensory properties. Schercodine™ I amido-amine is used in hair and skin care products.
