Schercemol™ DID ester

Diisopropyl Dimer Dilinoleate. Schercemol™ DID ester by Lubrizol is a pigment dispersant, emollient and slip agent. It is commonly used in place of castor oil or lanolin in lipstick, lip gloss, and pressed powder applications. It provides a good combination of rich feel, good slip and low tack. This non-oily feel substantive ingredient guarantees its effectiveness in elegant creams and lotions where a lingering emollient effect is desired. It is also suitable for sun care preparations where some degree of water repellency is important. Schercemol™ DID ester is used in facial-, hand/foot-, lip-, sun- and eye area skin care products. It is listed with China compliant-formerly CFDA.
