Methylisothiazolinone (and) Phenoxyethanol. NEOLONE® PE by LANXESS is a preservative and a broad spectrum antimicrobial against gram positive and gram negative bacteria, yeasts and molds. It is effective alternative to formaldehyde releasers and parabens. Shows excellent stability over a wide range of temperature. It is compatible with a wide range of personal care raw materials including surfactants and emulsifiers, zinc pyrithione and avobenzone. It is suitable for all types of rinse-off applications. NEOLONE® PE is used in leave-on skin and sun care formulations, skin care lotions and creams, body moisturizers and hair gels.
