C-20-40 Alkyl Stearate and Synthetic Beeswax. Kester Wax K-82H #124 by Koster Keunen acts as a wax, texturing and gelling agent. It is a GMO-free grade. It is a long chain synthetic ester wax prepared by the esterification of natural fatty acids with synthetic fatty alcohols. Offers hardness, high melting point, gel strength, gloss, thermal stability and slip. It has excellent oil-gelling and oil-binding capabilities. It improves the quality of cosmetic sticks by increasing the softening point, suppressing migration and improving product homogeneity.
