Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil. Jojoba Wax #429 by Koster Keunen acts as a gelling agent, wax & consistency factor and barrier. It also acts as a water proofing agent, film former and emollient. It is a naturally derived, high molecular weight monoester ranging from C36-C46. It imparts good structural properties. It penetrates the lipid layer, leaving a soft and powdery sensation, slowing down the loss of moisture and improving flexibility and elasticity. Jojoba Wax #429 is used in formulating creams, lotions, lipsticks, lip balm, eye Shadows, pencils, hot pour make-ups, sun tan gels, sunscreens, antiperspirants and hair care products. It is certified with NPA and KOSHER. It has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
