Bismuth oxychloride. It imparts a rich satiny lustre, excellent covering power, optimal compressibility and binding characteristics to cosmetics. Its soft optical effects help to gently defuse ambient light helping to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is available in a variety of particle sizes and bulk densities, and is particularly well-suited for long-wearing product application. It is used in nail enamels, lipstick, eye shadow, aqueous liquid foundations and lotions.
