- It forms stable oil gels and improves the oil binding capacity, especially with linear silicones, used in hair care products.
- It exhibits controlled melting behavior and improved temperature resistance.
- It is ideal for use in stick formulations including antiperspirants, deodorants & lipsticks as it promotes effective stable crystallization with proper film and gloss.
- It is also used in sunscreen, creams, ointments & balms for body-, lip- and hair care.
- HYCOS® 98 is compliant with EU Cosmetics regulations and FDA 21 CFR 175.250.
