PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. RTD HCO-60 by Hallstar is a co-emulsifying agent, emollient, surfactant, emulsifying agent (O/W) and solubilizing agent. It is produced through the ethoxylation of hydrogenated ricinus communis (castor) seed oil. It is compatible with nonionic, cationic and anionic surfactants and is effective even in systems that are relatively highly salty, acidic or alkaline. RTD HCO-60 is suitable for perfume oils and in the formulation of creams and lotions. Also, used in after-sun skin care, bath additives, cleansing wipes, daily wear sun care, deodorants and facial cleansers. It is used in facial color cosmetics, facial skin care, foot care, fragrances, hair colorants, hair conditioners, hand & body care, mouthwash, oral care preparations, shampoos, shaving products, shower gels/body washes, styling aids and toothpaste.
