PEG-8 Stearate (and) Glyceryl Stearate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Sorbitan Oleate. Olivem® LV FLEX by Hallstar is a versatile, oil-in-water primary emulsifier. It is specifically designed for the development of light, hyperfluid and sprayable emulsions while ensuring a pleasant skin feel. This plant derived/vegetable-based ingredient emulsifies a wide range of oils and also shows good compatibility with various rheology modifiers between pH 3.5 and 8.5. As a self-emulsifier, it can be used to prepare oil-free formulations, by making use of its ability to form liquid crystal networks. Olivem® LV FLEX is used in after-sun skin-, beach-wear sun-, daily-wear sun-, facial skin-, hand- and body care products. The shelf life of this product is 3 years.
