Amodimethicone (and) Stearnmonium Chloride (and) Laureth-3. Reshine 339 by Reachin Chemical acts as a conditioning agent. It is a milky neutral emulsion including 30% amodimethicone, quaternized cationic surfactant and degradable non-ionic surfactant. It provides favorable wet & dry combability and puffy feel. Because of strong affinity to hair, it can repair dyed and cold waved hair, improves damage, rough, dry hair caused by chemical process and makes hair smooth & easy to manage. Provides softness and imparts shine. It has outstanding compatibility with cationic emulsifier. Reshine 339 is used to formulate various hair care products like 2 in 1 shampoo, hair conditioner, styling product, leave-in conditioner & special treatment for dyed hair and perm.
